Project meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania

The last meeting of the #ivBPM project team happened in beautiful Vilnius, Lithuania (26.-28. 6. 2017)  
The partners reviewed the status of the project results and planned the activities until the end of the project (Sept 2017).
Stay tuned, because some interesting things (new online course modules) are being prepared just for you...


ivBPM ACADEMY 5.day

Last day (27.1.2017) of #ivBPM training was opened mag. Vesna Lešnik Štefotič with "Experience session & case studies (Health related processes)".
Next, dr. Tina Jukić presented higher education processes from her faculty.
The event concluded with the overview of process simulation and automation tools, such as Bonita BPM.
We are very happy and excited that we successfully organized and performed such important 5 day training event.

4. day (26.1.2017) has begun with practical work on processes in participants organizations with the usage of the #BPMN 2.0.
Our participants are already tired, but still equally enthusiastic for the work.

ivBPM ACADEMY 3.day

The 3rd day(25.1.2017) of the #BPM training started with a little bit of fun.
Groups (LT United, Pirdop girls, WHC, Blondes) presented yesterday's mission "Treasure hunt" the observed process in the city (coffee shop, bakery, ...) They had to present improvement ideas for these processes.
Participants from Lithuania, Bulgaria and Slovenia have discovered the city of #Maribor and also done a great work.
Second part of today's workshop was dedicated to the message driven processes and #BPMN20. We have designed various interesting processes such as: HR management, student admission, mentoring, organization of events and similar.
The workshops are also supported by our elearning portal (http://elearning.bicero.com/index).


   
    

 

ivBPM ACADEMY 2.day

Today (24.1.2017) started 2. day of #ivBPM training. Participant acquired the knowledge about BPM and process modeling using BPMN 2.0.
Dr. Tomislav Rozman has drawn (with participant help) the process.


    

Dr. Katja Harej shared with us processes from a teaching point of view, BPM from the customer point of view and BPM from an organizational point of view.

We are happy to announce that our #ivBPM academy has begun (23.1.2017). The first mission was a Bingo game to get familiar with each other. Who do you think has won the most stars? We have also started acquiring a Lean BPM skills - e.g. how to identify a waste related to processes?

We are organising a short-term training - ivBPM academy in Maribor, Slovenia (23.1. - 27. 1. 2017).

The motivation
The goals of the academy are: to make your operations smoother, to improve the quality of services and products, to improve the transparency of the processes, to assign the responsibilities, to automate the processes and to communicate with IT developers. You will learn how to apply BPM (Business Process Management) to your organisation.

There are only few places left: 2 for Slovenian participant(s), 2 for Lithuanian participants and 6 for BG participants!

Date and venue

The event will be held from 23.1. - 27.1.2017 in Maribor, Hotel City.
The event timeline: 9:00 - 15:00 with 1 hour break for lunch and several shorter coffee-breaks

The academy is for: primarily for VET teachers (e.g. technical gymnasiums/high schools, faculties) - future trainers or business analysts /process managers.


Skills pre-requirements:

  • English language proficiency.
  • Usage of laptop and Office tools.
  • Basic organizational skills.
  • Bring your own laptop!

What is included in the course?
