Today (24.1.2017) started 2. day of #ivBPM training. Participant acquired the knowledge about BPM and process modeling using BPMN 2.0.Dr. Tomislav Rozman has drawn (with participant help) the process.
Dr. Katja Harej shared with us processes from a teaching point of view, BPM from the customer point of view and BPM from an organizational point of view.
